FAQ

Do I need a prescription?
Yes, and getting one is step two. A licensed provider in your state reviews your intake on a live video call and writes the prescription only if a peptide is appropriate for you.
What if the doctor says no?
Then nothing ships and you aren't charged for medication. Your consult is free.
How does the pen work?
The pen holds a pre-dosed vial. You attach a single-use tip, dial nothing, press the button, and it delivers a measured subcutaneous dose. The vial swaps at each refill; the pen is yours.
How is it shipped?
Cold-chain, in a temperature-monitored kit box with a display on the lid. Most orders arrive within 48 hours of your consult.
What does it cost?
Protocols run $219–$279 per month, including the medication, pharmacy, provider time and follow-up. No membership fee on top.
Can I pause or cancel?
Any time, from your account. Refills only ship when you're due and haven't paused.
Can I take more than one peptide?
Often yes — stacks are common. Your provider decides what's safe to combine.
Are peptides FDA-approved?
Some are approved drugs; several are prescribed off-label or compounded by a licensed pharmacy. Your provider will explain exactly what your protocol involves before you start.
